Dr. John Landreneau

Dr. John Landreneau has been in practice for 42 years, dedicated to making his patients’ wishes come true and helping them achieve optimum health. As an LSU-trained dentist, he is well-versed in all areas of dentistry he practices and continuously undergoes specialized training in the latest techniques/procedures, most recently focusing on sleep medicine dentistry.

Dr. Landreneau’s approach is to diagnose the root causes of dental issues rather than merely treating the symptoms, ensuring that his patients receive comprehensive and effective care. His goal is to help everyone, even in small ways, to improve their overall well-being. With over four decades of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Landreneau is committed to providing the highest quality care and finding solutions that address each patient’s unique concerns.

Dr. Mason Mann

Dr. Mason Mann began his journey with Creative Dental Studio (CDS) during his sophomore year of college, entering the dental field with little to no prior experience. From day one, the CDS team welcomed him like family, recognizing his eagerness to learn and investing in his growth every step of the way. Under the mentorship of Dr. Landreneau, Dr. Mann gained invaluable insight into the profession and developed a strong foundation that would shape the course of his dental career.

After five years at CDS, Dr. Mann began his education at LSU School of Dentistry, where he quickly realized how much his experience at the practice had prepared him for success. Now a graduate of LSU Dental School and a licensed dentist, he is proud to have returned to the CDS family. Dr. Mann is passionate about providing exceptional, high-quality care while building meaningful, lifelong relationships with his patients. He is committed to helping every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their smile through personalized treatment and compassionate care.

Outside the office, Dr. Mann enjoys spending time outdoors, whether playing a round of golf, hunting, or fishing along the Gulf Coast. A lifelong sports fan, he closely follows LSU Tigers football and LSU Tigers baseball, and enjoys cheering on the Tigers throughout the year. He values the camaraderie, discipline, and appreciation for nature that these hobbies provide and brings those same qualities to his practice each day.

Carla Bruno Reames RDH

Carla Reames has been a dedicated dental hygienist at Creative Dental Studios, working alongside Dr. John Landreneau, for the past 30 years. She is married to Will Reames and they have two children, Grant and Grace. A native of Ascension Parish, Carla graduated from East Ascension High School before moving to Columbus, GA. There, she attended Columbus State University’s hygiene school while her husband served in the military.

Carla is passionate about her profession and has advanced her skills in several areas, including administering oral injections, monitoring IV sedation, sleep dentistry with Eccovision, and 3D imaging. She actively pursues continuing education to stay updated on the latest developments in hygiene and dentistry, sharing her knowledge with her patients to help them achieve healthy, happy smiles.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys traveling, watching LSU sports, spending quality time with family and friends, and playing pickleball.

Emma Schexnaydre RDH

Emma is a native of Ascension Parish and went to Dutchtown High School. After that, she attended Southeastern University for four years and earned a degree in Health Sciences. She then continued her education at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans to complete her Hygiene Degree. Emma has been passionate about dentistry since college and began working at a pediatric dental office under Dr. Hunt during her years at Southeastern.

Emma is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while educating individuals on the importance of oral health and its connection to overall wellness. Her goal is to create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient, helping them feel informed, confident, and cared for during each visit. She continues to learn and stay up to date on new technology and treatments within the dental field.

Outside of the dental office, Emma enjoys spending time with her cat, Olive, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.

Jeanne Gautreau LeBlanc

Jeanne is a proud mother of three sons-Bryce (36), Brock (35), and Dylan (25) and a devoted grandmother to five grandchildren: Brayson, Blakely, Brinsley, Liam, and Grace. A lifelong resident of Ascension Parish, Jeanne graduated from St. Amant Hugh School. She developed her communication and people skills early on by working in family-owned businesses in the Gonzales area.

In 1986, Jeanne embarked on her dental career, working in several dental offices before finding her professional home at Creative Dental Studio. She has been a valued member of Dr. Landreneau’s team for 29 years. Jeanne finds great satisfaction in witnessing the positive transformation in their patients.

Although semi-retired, Jeanne’s role at Creative Dental Studio is multifaceted, encompassing duties in the front office, as a dental assistant, and as a financial administrator. In her free time, she cherishes spending time with her sons and grandchildren, which she considers her most rewarding hobby.

Interns

Anna Thibodeaux

Anna is a dedicated dental assistant at Creative Dental Studio. After graduating from St. Joseph’s Academy, she earned a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in biology from Louisiana State University. Anna is set to continue her education at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, where she will pursue her dream of becoming a dentist. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, dining with friends, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.

As a dental assistant, Anna collaborates closely with Dr. Landreneau on all dental treatments, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience for her future studies in dentistry. During her time at Creative Dental Studio, Anna has mastered a variety of skills, including taking radiographs, making provisional crowns, capturing digital impressions with a 3D scanner, removing sutures, creating clear aligners, and performing 3D head and neck CT scans. She also guides patients through the testing process for obstructive sleep apnea and helps develop personalized sleep appliances. Additionally, Anna educated patients about their nasal and pharyngeal anatomy using Eccovision software and interprets sleep studies to assist patients in achieving more restful sleep.

Lauren Pizzalato

Lauren has been passionate about dentistry since high school. After graduating from St. Joseph’s Academy in 2020, she began working at a dental office under Drs. Levy and Vutera during her sophomore year of college, continuing through her senior year. During this time, she became well-versed in dental instruments, proficient with oral anatomy, and patient communication.

In May 2024, Lauren graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Business Administration. She is now starting her journey with Creative Dental Studio while applying to dental school. In her short time with CDS, she has already gained valuable insights from Dr. Landreneau and the team, who have welcomed her warmly. She’s eager to continue learning and growing in this supportive environment.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys shopping, working out, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Dane Bruno

Dane joined Creative Dental Studio as a freshman at LSU and is currently pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences with the goal of becoming a dentist. Working alongside the CDS team has provided him with invaluable hands-on exposure to the dental profession and a deeper understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional patient care.

Through his experience at Creative Dental Studio, Dane has gained insight into the clinical, technical, and personal aspects of dentistry while developing a strong appreciation for building quality relationships with patients. He is grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Dane would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Landreneau and the entire CDS family for their mentorship, encouragement, and willingness to share their expertise. Their guidance has helped prepare him for his future career in dentistry and reinforced his passion for helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Carsyn Smith

Carsyn recently joined the team at Creative Dental Studio and is thrilled to continue growing her passion for dentistry in such a welcoming and enriching environment. A graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy, she is currently a senior at Louisiana State University pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business Administration and Honors Research. She is in the process of applying to dental school, where she hopes to further explore the field and make a lasting impact in patient care.

Since joining CDS, Carsyn has expanded her knowledge of dental anatomy and gained hands-on experience with a wide range of dental instruments and procedures. Working closely alongside Dr. Landreneau, she has developed a strong understanding of patient communication and chairside assisting. Carsyn is trained in sterilization protocols, taking radiographs, performing 3D head and neck scans, capturing digital impressions using a 3D scanner, and creating custom bleaching trays. She is especially excited to deepen her knowledge in the area of sleep dentistry.

Carsyn is incredibly grateful to Dr. Landreneau and the entire CDS team for their support and mentorship. Their warmth and dedication have made her feel right at home and she looks forward to continuing to learn and grow within this supportive community.

Ainsley Lambert

Ainsley’s passion for dentistry began when Mrs. Carla introduced her to the field and inspired her interest in helping others through oral healthcare. Since then, she has developed a strong appreciation for patient care and the positive impact a healthy smile can have on a person’s confidence.

Ainsley is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at Southeastern Louisiana University and plans to become a dental hygienist. Through her experiences at Creative Dental Studio, she continues to expand her knowledge of dentistry while learning from a team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Outside of work and school, Ainsley enjoys teaching dance and spending time with friends. She is excited to continue growing in the dental field and helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
