Jerrica
Dental Assistant
A graduate of Ascension College’s dental assisting program, Jerrica joined our team in May of 2015. With years of experience in dental hygiene, Jerrica makes any visit to Creative Dental Studio a breeze. She’s fully certified in CPR, Expanded Duty Dental Assisting (EDDA) and Radiography, all of which make her an invaluable asset to our dental family. In addition to her skills with dental floss, Jerrica is also known for her joke-telling ability. With comedic timing like hers, we can always rely on Jerrica to make each and every guest crack a smile. Jerrica’s highly developed sense of humor likely comes from raising three girls alongside her husband. When they’re not laughing uncontrollably, Jerrica and her outdoorsy family love to hunt, fish, ride horses, and tear it up on four-wheelers. Wherever you find Jerrica, smiles and adventure are sure to follow.

Carla
Registered Dental Hygienist
For nearly two decades, Carla has tended to nearly every tooth that walks through the door at Creative Dental Studio. Her scrupulous attention to detail is legendary around here, and no trace of plaque escapes her skilled hands. Carla is highly trained in the finer points of oral health—she holds credentials from Columbus State University in both dental hygiene and public health—and she stays up to date on all the latest dental developments at the annual New Orleans Dental Conference.When she’s not defeating tooth decay at the office, this Ascension native can be found cheering on LSU (Geaux, Tigers!) with her husband of more than twenty years. She’s also a frequent guest on the sidelines of her son’s sports games, but Carla’s preferred shopping partner is certainly her daughter. Both athleticism and good taste run in the family, and Carla herds them all—and us—through each day with ease.

I’m 21 years old and recently got accepted into dental hygiene school in New Orleans which I will be attending in August. Working part-time at Creative Dental Studio has allowed myself to gain experience and become familiar with dentistry. I was raised in Baton Rouge, LA and graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in 2011. I am the youngest of 3 older brothers and have a very close knit family. I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends and love to travel whenever I have the chance. I’m a big fan of shopping, desserts, and reading good books.

Financial Administrator
Growing up in Ascension parish as the daughter of small-business owners, Jeanne has practiced genuine, caring customer service her entire life. For the last twenty-five years, Jeanne has expertly navigated a variety of aspects around Creative Dental Studio, from financial administration in the front office to occasionally stepping in as a dental assistant. Jeanne’s years of experience and wisdom are one of our most prized possessions. A mother of three boys and grandmother of two, Jeanne spends her time surrounded by rambunctious boys and their seemingly endless appetites. She gets away from it all with quiet evenings playing the piano or taking in theatre performances of all kinds.
