MEET DR. LANDRENEAU
An avid woodworker and glassblower, Dr. John Landreneau has had an affinity for working with his hands since childhood. With a passion for creative pursuits, Dr. Landreneau later combined his artistic interests with a growing aspiration to aid his community. This ultimately led him to pursue dentistry. He went on to attend Louisiana State University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). Having practiced since 1982, Dr. Landreneau has extensive training in comprehensive dentistry as well as full-mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic rejuvenation. In 2001, Dr. Landreneau undertook an additional certification in Dental Laboratory Technology in an effort to provide his patients the most precise ceramics work with the quickest turnaround. With his state-of-the-art facilities, Dr. Landreneau now proudly fabricates beautiful custom porcelain restorations such as veneers, crowns and bridges right on site. Dr. Landreneau stays abreast of swiftly evolving dental technologies with extensive continuing education through the Center for Advanced Dental Education, John Kois Center, and the Spear Education Institute. He is also an active member of these professional organizations.

When he’s not defeating plaque or fashioning custom veneers, Dr. Landreneau enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and their daughters, Aimee, Alaina and Sarah. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, this busy father of three somehow still finds the time for a fishing trip or two.
