We are happy to estimate fees and insurance reimbursement before starting recommended treatments and will gladly file insurance forms for you. We practice optimal, comprehensive dentistry and do not base our treatment on what insurance will or will not pay. Courses of treatment are determined by what is best for you, and, unless other arrangements have been made, any treatment not paid by insurance is your financial responsibility at the time of treatment.
